What's The Booking Policy?
Bookings will be confirmed with a 50% prepayment/reservation fee of the total price.
Gaudi’s Nest will hold the reservation for 48 hours pending payment confirmation.
The payment will be charged in the provided credit card; In exceptional cases, transfers can be made through Paypal.

What's The Cancellation Policy?
The reservation will be subject to the following conditions;
· 50% from the prepayment will be refunded if notified one month before the arrival date.
· No prepayment will be refunded if notified within one (1) month and 15 days before arrival.
· Cancellations 15 days before arrival are not refundable, and 100% from the reservation will be charged.
Gaudi’s Nest reserves the right to ask for a 200€ refundable property damage deposit (payable in cash at the time of check-in).

Is There A Child Policy?
One child under two years old stays for free (discount per family).
Is There A Smoking Policy?
No smoking allowed inside the apartments; however, smoking is allowed at private terrace.
Is There A Pet Policy?
No pets allowed at this time.
After hours arrival:
For those arrivals after 22:00 hours, there’s a late check-in fee for 30€.
