The building has no elevator; however, climbing the stairs is easy and our reception staff will take care of your luggage. All apartments have access to the amazing 120M² private guest’s solarium-terrace with sunbeds and garden plants. Furthermore, each apartment has access to the terrace’s equipment; tables, armchairs and beach umbrellas, perfect for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner overlooking the Sagrada Familia, illuminated until evening. The terrace is also equipped with connectors for electrical devices.
The Area
The Sagrada Familia area is part of the Eixample district of Barcelona and is one of the nicest residential places in the city. The wonderful temple of the Sagrada Familia is located right in front of the building. The area is ideal to spend your holidays and is also perfectly connected to visit other tourist spots in Barcelona.
